The constant development of the market 
together with new technologies and new production processes that follow one another rapidly make the staff‘s qualification a very important requirement.
For many years have been offering a training
service for our customer's staff that is highly in the fore-front its.
All our training courses are held by very experienced teachers and can take place at Selca‘s plant (in a proper equipped room) or at customer‘s site.
Each course includes a theoretic part and a practical training that permit the customers to get the necessary knowledges to work autonomously in a very quick way.
